14 day money back guarantee
Try Pro for 14 days. If it's not for you, ask for a refund and you'll get all your money back. No questions, no forms.
How it works. In the app, open the menu (the ☰ button at the top right), tap Account, then Request a refund. We'll refund your first payment in full, your Pro plan ends right away, and you won't be charged again. We'll email you a receipt.
The details. The guarantee covers your first Pro payment for 14 days from the day you pay, once per account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days. After a refund, you keep your account, resume, saved jobs and the Free tools.
This applies to everyone, wherever you live, and doesn't limit any rights you already have under your local consumer laws.
Questions
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for 14 days after your first payment. In the app, open the menu (☰), tap Account, then Request a refund. It takes one tap to confirm and ends your Pro plan. You can do this once per account.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Press Manage billing at the top of this page (or in the app, open the menu, tap Account, then Manage billing), and cancel there. You'll keep Pro until the end of the time you've already paid for. If you're within your first 14 days, you can ask for a full refund instead.
How do I pay?
Stripe handles payments, so HireWebs never sees or stores your card number.
What happens to my resume and saved jobs if I cancel?
They stay. You'll go back to the Free daily limits, and your saved resume versions will still be there if you come back to Pro.
Do I need an account to use HireWebs?
Not to search and save jobs. To use the tools or subscribe, you'll need a free account, which you make by signing in with Google.
I have a promo link. Where does it apply?
Open the link and sign in, and the offer is added to your account. You won't need to pay.
