Summary

This position is located at: The Box Fitness - Fort Irwin, California. Find state-of-the-art fitness equipment, exciting classes, expert staff, and a welcoming environment for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. We help Soldiers, Families, retirees, and DoW Civilians stay fit and healthy.

Duties

• Works as an assistant for the Facilities Operations Team Leader who makes specific assignments, explains polices and procedures and reviews work for quantity and quality of completed projects.
• Issues/receives recreational equipment, opens and/or closes facilities (key holder), assures security system is operable, collects fees, accounts for monies collected safeguards funds and makes daily bank deposits.
• Cleans equipment, supplies and facility area. Operates and performs self-help maintenance on facilities and equipment, maintains areas of building and grounds and performs general housekeeping to make facilities ready for use.
• Coordinates with program staff to ensure adequate equipment is available in sufficient time to conduct program activities and tests mechanical equipment for serviceability after each use.
• Maybe required to drive a motor vehicle as needed.
