About Hyperbound

Sales runs on conversations. At Hyperbound, we’re building the AI Agent that turns those conversations into action, helping sales teams sharpen their skills, make better decisions, and move deals forward.

Hyperbound is the Revenue Activation Platform: an agentic OS for sales that connects what happens to what should happen next.

We came out of YC S23 and went viral with Voice Agents that reps could call to put their skills to the test. Today, we’re building AI that understands sales conversations, coaches in real time, reasons across deals, and takes action to move them forward.

We are trusted by companies like LinkedIn, Amazon, Intel, Notion, and Vanta. We raised a $15M Series A in October 2025, grew ARR 5× over the past year, and are growing nearly 20% month over month.

The team you'll build with

We’re assembling a team of builders and operators who do their best work together. You’ll work alongside people who’ve built companies, scaled teams, and joined Hyperbound after experiencing the product as customers. We value curiosity, strong opinions, and a shared commitment to solving customer problems.

We pair ownership with close collaboration. You’ll have room to shape your approach, with the expectation that you share your reasoning, discuss tradeoffs, and align with teammates before moving forward. We want people who bring recommendations, invite feedback, and understand how their decisions affect the broader team.

We have each other’s backs. We share context, give direct feedback, and work through disagreements openly. When something goes wrong, we take responsibility, solve it together, and use what we learn to improve.

We move quickly through clear priorities and coordinated action. We take ambitious swings, stay close to customers, and change direction when the evidence calls for it.

About the role

You'll own Hyperbound's growth strategy and build a repeatable engine for generating qualified pipeline and revenue. You'll work closely with founders, Sales, and Marketing to identify new growth opportunities, scale acquisition channels, and improve conversion across the funnel. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built growth programs from the ground up and is equally comfortable setting strategy, running experiments, and executing the work themselves.

What we need from you

  • Growth leadership: You bring 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation, ideally at a Series A–C startup, with a track record of building and scaling programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Full-funnel ownership: You've owned growth strategy across paid acquisition, organic channels, lifecycle marketing, website conversion, and integrated campaigns. You know how to prioritize investments, identify bottlenecks, and turn successful experiments into repeatable growth programs.

  • Paid acquisition expertise: You have deep, hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including budget management, audience targeting, creative testing, attribution, and optimization. You understand how to scale spend efficiently while maintaining lead quality and healthy acquisition economics.

  • Experimentation and analytics: You take a data-driven approach to growth, using CAC, payback period, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution to guide decisions. You can build reporting, diagnose funnel performance, and run structured experiments to improve results.

  • Cross-functional GTM leadership: You work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and leadership to align growth priorities with revenue goals. You can translate business objectives into campaigns, coordinate execution, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes.

  • Builder mentality: You thrive in early-stage environments where the playbook is still being written. You're comfortable moving between strategy and execution, building systems from scratch, leveraging AI and automation, and eventually hiring and developing a team as the business scales.

Highly preferred

  • High-growth B2B SaaS experience: You've helped scale pipeline and revenue at a fast-growing SaaS company, ideally selling to enterprise or mid-market buyers through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Creative growth strategies: You've successfully built acquisition channels beyond traditional paid advertising, including partnerships, community, account-based marketing, content distribution, SEO/AEO, and unconventional growth experiments.

  • Marketing operations and automation: You're experienced with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and have used AI tools, workflow automation, or growth engineering to improve efficiency and scale execution.

What your regular Thursday looks like:

  • Review the growth dashboard and dig into pipeline performance across paid, organic, and other acquisition channels. Identify where conversion is dropping, evaluate acquisition costs, and decide where to shift budget or resources to improve results.

  • Meet with founders and GTM leadership to review growth priorities, discuss emerging opportunities, and align on the experiments most likely to accelerate pipeline. Turn those decisions into a clear execution plan with measurable targets.

  • Get hands-on with a new growth experiment. Launch a LinkedIn campaign targeting a new audience, test a landing page, build an automated nurture sequence, or explore an unconventional distribution channel. Move quickly, measure results, and double down on what works.

  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to understand which accounts are converting, where deals are getting stuck, and what messaging resonates with buyers. Use those insights to improve acquisition, refine campaigns, and build a more predictable growth engine.

What this role is not

  • A remote role. You'll work from our San Francisco office five days a week.

  • A strategy-only leadership position. You'll be expected to build, launch, and optimize growth programs yourself, especially while the function is scaling.

  • A role focused exclusively on paid advertising. You'll own the broader growth engine, identifying and scaling the channels and programs that generate the strongest returns.

  • A role measured by impressions, clicks, or lead volume alone. You'll be accountable for qualified pipeline, acquisition efficiency, and measurable revenue impact.
