Agentic Operator Internship — Product Building

About the Role

This internship sits inside Utopia Studio's Product, Engineering & Design team. As an Agentic Operator Intern in Product Building, you'll work across Product Strategy, Build Frameworks, AI engineering, Design, and User Discovery. You'll develop prototypes every day inside the Utopia Studio product, using AI agents and automations to turn ideas into working product surfaces. Real work, real shipping, from day one.

What You'll Do

• Develop prototypes every day inside the Utopia Studio product

• Shape product strategy and the frameworks we use to build

• Build with AI: agents, automations, and working features

• Design and test flows, and run user discovery to learn what people need

• Own deliverables, not tasks, and ship things that actually get used
